5 sessions from Tue 3 Jun 2025 [Show]
✨Classes are described as gentle to moderate Yoga (moderate impact on wrists/knees/back) incorporating weekly themes, breathing techniques, stretching, minor inversions (where the head is below the heart), balancing, asana (Yoga poses) and meditation (relaxation), some classes lean towards a spiritual vibe - giving credit to the ancient roots of Yoga.
✨All classes run for 1hour with an optional 30minutes added at the end to enjoy a complimentary traditional tea/herbal tea/coffee or cordial ☕🌿
✨Pay It Forward sessions:
If for any reason you cannot make your yoga session, you can gift your session to a friend or stranger, just let me know in advance where possible please. I do encourage you to please check your emails, Instagram or Facebook page: 'That yoga place with Louise' on the day of sessions as I will update via these communication channels if there is a last minute change.
✨Anything else to know before I start:
Please take into consideration that Yoga is believed to help release trapped/stored trauma within the body. Some poses/relaxation techniques can bring up strong emotions and vulnerability that you may not be expecting to arise. Please come with an open mind and know that you do not have to participate in any guided exercise/Yoga poses/relaxation you feel unable to practice that day and that you can stop at any point during the session.
✨What you may want to bring/wear:
• Water bottle
• Suitable loose fitting/comfy clothing/layers
• Yoga mat
• Towel
• Any medication (for example an inhaler if you suffer with Asthma/EpiPen for allergies).
Thank you, any questions/feedback on classes - please do let me know as I aim to make your experience the best it can be💕🙏
With love and light,
Louise ✨ x
